This was just supposed to be a winter hobby! You know, to decrease my screen time. It quickly went from hobby to obsession. It's the perfect combination of color, texture and pattern to keep my creative mind occupied as well as therapy for my hands that need to stay strong and limber for facial massage. Before I knew it I had a box of hats and I had run out of babies to give them to, as well as having spent a small fortune on yarn. So the Hats and Headbands store of Image Insight is officially open. Profits from any sales will go to local Lexington charities so you can feel good about your gift purchase and I can feel good about my new obsession. I'll happily accept orders but please be patient with me...brides and aesthetic clients must take priority. In stock hats are available immediately but allow about 6-8 weeks for delivery of special orders and PLEASE....do not ask me to make an adult hat....they are too big for my attention span!
Cotton Beanies $20
Cotton is a nice light weight breathable fabric perfect for the upcoming warm weather. Its soft but not as stretchy as acrylic yarn so the size needs to be much closer. Here are a few cotton beanies. Price includes flower or pom pom.
Specialty Cotton $25
Cozy Beanies $20
Acrylic yarn is soft and stretchy- perfect for cooler weather or Newborns that need to stay warm.
Cozy Beanie with side ties $25
I love this pattern from Kristie Simpson. It's super soft and stretchie- perfect for a cold day! It can be done in multicolor yarn or a solid- it also works in cotton for a lighter option. Skip the flower and it's just as perfect for a boy!
Long Tail Elf Hats
Thanks to Kristi Simpson for the original pattern and Pinterest for the endless supply of ideas...this hat has completely won my heart. HOW cute are these hats for photo props for a newborn?.
